Could be you at a picnic, family get together, you alone in the woods anything that makes you calm and happy. Once you have that its the time to make the images and you appear more real.

Try and make things around you real, like the sights, sounds even the smell. Make it appear like a dream only more as you are going to control this. Try and swim, talk or pick something up so it all starts to build together and be real. You have the power to make it happen so never give up and keep at it till it is perfect to you.

Once all the above stages are complete then you are on your way to a new relaxing life, try and keep up this relaxing methods everyday as long as you get good quality time to do it. Enjoy and keep it up.
